Anti-doping – (NB) cyclist – tested positive for testosterone and anastrozole and their metabolites – substances prohibited at all times – provisionally suspended without opposition – requested B sample analysis which confirmed A sample results – admitted violation – asked to be heard as to sanction – prior to hearing joint memorandum filed by parties – NB accepted conduct in breach of Code – subject to four-year period of ineligibility – period of commencement should be backdated given prompt admission – four year sanction backdated to commence from 20 April 2018 – Tribunal also ordered disqualification of NB’s results in the Senior Men’s 25 kilometre Time Trial at the 2018 National Age Group Cycling Championships
